CAMP IS AWESOME!!!

A few days ago yr 5 went to Shakespeare lodge for camp and it was awesome because there were lots of activities like kayaking, raft building, archery, and mountain boarding. The best one, in my opinion,
was archery and mountain boarding. The place where we were staying was over 100 years old and was called Shakespeare lodge. Shakespeare lodge looks like it used to be an old house because it has got signsaying ‘uncle will's room’ and ‘ivy's room. it was the best part of the year because of the activities and the prizes and stuff like that.  all of the activities that were available were air rifle shooting, bush
cooking, bushcraft, wall climbing, coastguard safety boating, coasteering, initiative exercises, mountain biking, multisport, sailing, tramp to camp, and Sanctuary Discovery. The YMCA staff there were very
nice and help us when we got stuck so they were about 40% of the fun was from them.

By the end of this term, we will learn morse code.

We will need a device - Chromebook would be best.

We will learn how to do the Morse code and use it without looking at it.

Arataki Education Centre

Last Wednesday we went to Arataki education center and we got to plant some tea trees and saw some kauri trees and learned how lots of birds got extinct by us... humans. also, we have 77 species of our native birds are threatened with extinction.
the most endangered are the brown kiwi and the tui.

Upcoming is the production. Because I have to dance to lame music. today I have got a chance to miss it out. The weather sucks. It is the stormy day with lightning thunder and it is raining cats and dogs ( not really, it is an idiom, apparently ) that is when I heard a noise... it sounded like a squeak. I think that we should have mufti on wacky hair day next Thursday because It will
look better with a costume, it will make everybody happier and it will make the school will be brighter.It will look better with a costume. It will look better with a costume because
if you are wearing a clown hair, you will look 2x better with a clown-ish outfit, or with a
birds nest on your head, why not a brown shirt to make it look like you area tree where a
bird is nesting

it will make everybody happier. It will! You won’t have to search for your uniform in the washing when

you can just pick out your favorite clothes out of your cupboard.it will

make the school will be brighter. I mean all we wear is red, red and RED ( the house

t-shirt thing is cool ) and it will make the school filled with more colors.

I wish I have persuaded you to make the school wear mufti on wacky hair day.

oh no, CROSS COUNTRY!!!!

I hated cross country this year but I am relieved that we are Doing it at madills farm because at madills farm it is way easier because it has barely any hills.

Last Friday the 15th of September our buddy class went to the field to play reliability games. Mrs. Wong was playing octopus and Mrs. Whitchalls was playing cat and mouse. My buddy was Henry.         I learn to work as a team!
